Product Description

Ammonia Air Cooler

1. Tube: 304/316L stainless steel tube, with φ20 pipe diameter.
2. Special 304/316L stainless steel finned heat ex-changer, which is full slice system produced by high speed automatic punch air condition fin lines. The fin spacing is 5mm, and the coiled pipe with square arrangement 60X60.
3. Joint expend tube: Using the self-developed high powered pipe-expansion technique, and the accurate simulation testing for pressure, keep the stainless steel tube and fins close together. It makes small contacting heat resistance, which assure the conversion work best.
4. Elbow/Header Welding: Welding by imported automatic argon welder, which takes smooth and beautiful welds, also helps 100% qualified rate.
5. Pressure Test: Testing by advanced High Nitrogen Pressure Test Technique, with more than 3.0mp, and assure 24h air-proof.
6. Shell: 304/316L Stainless Steel Plate
7. Water tank: Made by 304/318L stainless steel folding directly, and do heat preservation process on the bottom and surround. The water tank is easy to assemble and disassemble as it's connected with evaporator by screw. It makes the water tank be convenient for overhaul and cleaning.
8. Fan: Use well-known brand of dedicated grille fans, with advantages of high efficient, energy-saving and low noise. These advantages help maintain the fan and motor. The Corrosion-proof Grade is more than IP55, and the insulation Grade is Grade F, it' s easy to maintain, service and clean as the fan is connected with evaporator by screw. According to the customer' s requirement, each fan can be set with an isolating switch to control the unit.
9. Defrosting: Normally frost by water. Hot Water Defrosting and Hot Ammonia Defrosting during frost.
10. Usage: Widely used in freezing room of meat, fruit, egg, sea food and so on.
